RATE POLICIES

DIRECT RESERVATION:

Standard Rate: Payment method: 100% before Check-In. 30% of the TOTAL of the reservation at the time of booking by credit card or with bank transfer within 24 hours. and the balance of 70% must be paid up to 7 days before Check-In.

Cancellation policies: Cancellation costs 100% of the deposit in Reservation Guarantee, For cancellations made more than 45 days before the day of entry we can issue a Voucher after deduction of 15% for administrative expenses. The Amount delivered as a Deposit in Reserve Guarantee, will be lost in its entirety in the event that the Guest decides to cancel the reservation, since the UNIT is removed from the market on the requested date immediately at the time of booking, guaranteeing the guest their stay.

Non-refundable: Payment method: the selected rate is 100% pre-paid, so you must pay 100% of the TOTAL of the reservation at the time of booking by Credit Card or with Bank Transfer within 24 hours.

Cancellation policies: The selected rate does not accept cancellation or modification. The selected rate cannot be combined with other current promotions. In case of No Show, the payment made will not be refunded. Payment method: the selected rate is 100% pre paid

CANCELLATION POLICIES PROMOTIONS

 POLICIES and CONDITIONS: 

  • Purchase date to access the promotion until June 30, 2020. 
  • Promotion available for the first 100 people to confirm. 
  • Promotions valid for check-in between June 01, 2020 and December 15, 2020. 
  • Check-in date, you can choose it up to seven days prior to your accommodation, it will be subject to availability. 
  • Modification of Stay only once, you have the possibility of making it “without cost”, up to seven days prior to your accommodation. 
  • Upcoming Modifications of Stay, you can make them paying a cost of 10% for administrative expenses each time. 
  • Transfer the use of the Stay to another holder, you can do it paying a cost of 10% for administrative expenses.
