Safety and Hygiene COVID-19:

Dear owners, residents, and guests,

We hope that you and your families are staying safe and well during this time.

Following the guidelines of Broward County and the city of Hollywood, to ensure the safety of all of our residents, staff, and guests, we have implemented the following protocols:

Placed hand sanitizer dispensers and/or disinfecting wipes around the property, including the following areas:

o    Front desk

o    Valet circle

o    Management office reception desk.

o    Gym, spa, and other high-touch amenities

o    Elevator lobbies and 9 ^th floor elevator landing.

o    Receiving area and mailroom.

o    Main entrances and exits, including doors, frequently used.

o    Employee lunchroom.

Clean and disinfect frequently touched objects and surfaces using a disinfectant cleaning spray or wipe. Cleaning these areas every 4 hours and during peak activity hours.

We will also be centralizing housekeeping for all owners that are not in the hotel program. This is to ensure the safety and proper cleaning of all units.

If there is a positive case of COVID-19 while someone is staying in a unit, the unit will be placed in a 14-day quarantine and must be sanitized by a third-party company certified to perform the sanitation. The Guest/Owner will need to cover the cost of the sanitation for the unit.

Amenities:

Pool:

·  The pool will be available.

·  Social distancing 6-foot rule will be enforced throughout the pool deck.

·  The pool will operate at 50 % of maximum occupancy.

·  Showers and Jacuzzi will remain closed until further notice.

Gym :

·  Reduced gym capacity to facilitate the 6-foot distancing rule. 

·  Gym equipment has been reorganized to allow 6-foot social distancing rule. 

·  New hours of Dawn to Dusk.

·  No outside personal trainers.

·  Face coverings must be worn at all times. 

Restaurant:

                  • Open for orders that will be picked up.

                  • The restaurant will be open to 50% occupancy this Friday.

Bookings:

We continue to follow the guidelines of Broward County, the City of Hollywood, and Executive Order 20-87.

Guests arriving from NY, CT, NJ, Louisiana, or any Level 3 countries will not be able to enter until further notice.
