Parking:

The value of parking on the building site varies according to the number of nights:

* 1 to 3 days: US $ 28 per night.
* 4 to 7 days: US $ 25 per night.
* 8 to 13 days: US $ 20 per night.
* 14 to 30 days: US $ 280 flat rate.

To these rates must be added 7% tax.

Cleaning:

The daily cleaning service is on request. (It is hired through the guest phone that is reported in the room).

For apartments with one bedroom and one bathroom: US $ 40 per day / US $ 200 per week.
For apartments with two bedrooms and two bathrooms: US $ 60 per day / US $ 250 per week.

Cleaning service cost of check out is US $ 100.- prepayment in advance. 

Replacement of hygiene products:

Includes: Bags, paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, soaps for personal use, dishwasher and washing machine, clean towels.

Resort additional daily charge:

* Per apartment is US $ 25 (mandatory payment) It is paid when checking in  at Hyde Resort Owners Front Desk.

Includes: access to a pool and towels on the 9th floor, gym, internet, concierge.
Access on the beach to 2 lounge chairs, an umbrella and towels.

Check in: 4 PM.
 Early check in: it is not allowed but we facilitate luggage storage at no cost.
Late check out (until 6pm, additional cost of US $ 60. It is requested by calling the guest phone. It is confirmed 24 hours before).
Luggage storage: no cost.
Minimum age to reserve: 21 years.
Pets: Pets and pets are allowed free of charge up to 10 pounds (5 kilos).
Smoking: Smoking is not allowed in the units.
Kitchen accessories: Utensils, pots, pan (oil, salt, pepper). Cooker, crockery and cutlery, cooker, dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave and refrigerator.
Bathroom Accessories: Shampoo and conditioner, hair dryer, hot water. Shower. Towels.
Other devices: Washing machine and dryer (except Studio), iron and ironing board, fire extinguisher, smoke detector, and first aid kit (at reception). Air Conditioning. Free Wi Fi, safe, telephone, alarm clock, Smart TV, sofa, wardrobes, linen, shelves. Cots are available upon request. There is no carbon monoxide detector.
